For original paintings, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Any orders with custom framing will take an additional up to an additional 15-30 business days to ship (custom framing takes time!).
Print products usually ship within 4-10 days of ordering.
International shipping
If you do not see your country listed during check out, please contact me at hello@billiehaus.com. For shipments outside of Canada, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs including taxes and duties (if applicable).
All sales are final. However, if something arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
